In what packaging can you supply your essential oils?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once the order is received at União Essencial |Crearomatic, we can dispatch it within 5–7 days. Transit time depends on the shipping method, but it is usually around 5–10 days by road within Europe and 30–40 days to the United States by sea. In addition, we provide a tracking code and proactively monitor the shipment to anticipate any issues.
Are your products FAMI-QS certified?
Yes. FAMI-QS is a company-wide quality certification, so all the products we sell for the feed industry are covered under the FAMI-QS certificate.
What is the difference between pure and natural, 100% natural, and nature-identical oils?
Pure and natural: obtained exclusively by physical processes (distillation or expression) from the plant raw material. In the feed industry, it is known as a Flavoring Additive.
100% natural: a blend of pure and natural essential oil and natural molecules belonging to the essential oil, with no synthetic components. In the feed industry, it is known as a Natural Flavoring Premixture or Natural Flavoring Intermediate Product.
Nature-identical: a blend of pure and natural essential oil and molecules that are chemically identical to those found in nature but produced synthetically. In the feed industry, it is known as a Flavoring Premixture or Flavoring Intermediate Product.
Do you comply with U.S. regulations on packaging, labeling, and documentation?
Yes. We have a regulatory department dedicated exclusively to the North American market.
If I have a special requirement, can you develop a tailor-made oil?
Absolutely. At Crearomatic we specialize in developing ad hoc essential oils in the form of premixes. We can adjust the product to a specific chromatographic profile, particular characteristics, or even to your target price.
